Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Dreamer hosted service at dreamer.samanp.xyz. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you self-host Dreamerinstead, these terms don't apply — you're running your own instance under the project's open-source license.

The service

Dreamerlets you connect a GitHub repository and deploy it to a live URL. The hosted service is provided on an "as is" basis, without uptime guarantees. It's an actively developed project — features, limits, and pricing may change.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Dreamer to:

• Deploy content that's illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or violates GitHub's own terms of service
• Deploy malware, phishing pages, or anything designed to harm other systems or users
• Attempt to bypass resource limits, abuse the free tier, or disrupt the service for other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, projects, or the underlying infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate projects or accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

Your content

You retain all rights to the code and content you deploy. We don't claim ownership of it and only access it as needed to build, deploy, and run your project.

Service availability

We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee the hosted service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We're not liable for losses resulting from downtime, data loss, or service changes, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Termination

You can delete your account and projects at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk to the platform.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
